La trasformata \u00e8 definita per n&ge;0 in modo da permettere una corrispondenza biunivoca tra la funzione nel tempo e la sua trasformata. Essa permette di trasformare tali equazioni in una equazione algebrica che, una volta risolta in z, permetter\u00e0 di ottenere la soluzione nel tempo y(n) operando la trasformata inversa e calcolandola per ogni n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esempio<\/strong>.
